This house can accommodate 5 with large bedrooms and big closets. One bedroom is extra-large with an area for separation and privacy between two sides so typically accommodates 2 people. (If you have a group of 7 or 8 you can also rent the second unit in the house.)
The house has a great yard for lawn games with a path that leads to a river right out back! Kayak, paddle board, float in a tube or just sit out in the beautiful meadow. This is a favorite hangout spot!
There are 2 full bathrooms and free washer / dryer and dishwasher in the house. Free off-street parking for 5 cars (Also eligible for a UNH commuter pass) and a Wildcat transit bus stop is right out your front door!
Price is $725 per student for 5. This is a great value for the convenience of being 1.5 miles from downtown Durham and so close to campus!
