This 3 bedroom is part of a two family house with a big yard, free off-street parking and a Wildcat transit bus stops right out your front door! (If you have a group of 7 or 8 you can also rent the second unit in the house.)
This house has a great yard for lawn games with a river down a path right out back! Kayak, paddle board, float in a tube or just sit out in the beautiful meadow. This is a favorite hangout spot!
This is a great value for the convenience of being 1.5 miles from downtown Durham and so close to campus!
